I am a holistic Trauma Therapist. I offer integrative therapy for people seeking healing that is embodied, intuitive, and deeply rooted, while also practical and applicable to everyday life. My work supports nervous system regulation, emotional integration, and reconnection with the body through a number of invitations such as somatic awareness, guided visualization, movement, expressive arts, ritual, and ancestral practices, when applicable. I work with individuals navigating overwhelm, life transitions, trauma, grief, creative blocks, or the integration of meaningful experiences, including psychedelic journeys. Sessions are trauma-informed, paced gently, and responsive to each person’s needs. At the heart of my work is the belief that healing becomes sustainable when insight is translated into lived experience. Alongside intuitive and evidence-based practices, I help clients make sense of what arises and apply it in practical, grounded ways—supporting clearer boundaries, emotional regulation, daily rhythms, and real-world decision-making. I create a warm, steady space where clients can explore sensation, emotion, and meaning while developing tools they can carry into their relationships, work, and daily lives.
